Using Links to execute UI rules

Hi experts

I have UI built for  custom MDF, that is used in Onboarding Personal Data Collection.

I'm attempting to add a link. There are two types: "Open URL" and "Execute UI Rules". The "open URL" ones work fine, but the links I have added to execute a UI rules don't seem to trigger. I wonder if these type of inks are supported in ONB?

It seems "Execute UI Rules" links may not be triggering as expected in your ONB personal data collection UI, while "Open URL" works fine. Ensure the UI rules are properly LHIProviderPortal configured and activated. Check that the link syntax is correct and the user has the necessary permissions to execute the rules. If the issue persists, verify ONB documentation for any known issues or reach out to ONB support for further troubleshooting.

hi reyna789 , these checks were done prior to raising the question, so no, those are not the issues.
