Users not able to review content from learning history after completing the course

Users not able to review content from learning history after completing the course in SF LMS.

I have checked all the permissions of the users everything seems to be correct and I tried to replicate the same in test environment but there also facing the same error Users not able to review content from learning history after completing the course.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

Have you changed the switch for Item - Online Content? Then it should work.

I am having the same issue, even though the review content option is On. I noticed it is only affecting courses created in Articulate Rise.

I am having exactly same issue as eileenmarie9, only happens to us when the training has been designed using Articulate Rise.
