Solution- I have found a KBA- - https://me.sap.com/notes/3419621/E and it is asking us to renew a certificate .When we go back to IAS >> Identity Provisioning >> Source System >> SuccessFactors - – source>> Outbound Certificates>> We find that this certificate has expired.
1- Question- Is it enough if I go to IPS and click on Generate ?
2- Question -After that I will download the new certificate in .crt format and upload in SF>> Security Center>> Am I correct?
Please advice if my approach is correct ?
Request clarification before answering.
