User is inactive in Bizx and LMS However use is showing in supervisor list

Hi All,

We inactivated one user in Bizx and LMS environments. However when we proxy the supervisor, the user is still shown up in his reportee list. Please suggest.

Hi!

Please check if employee export job from provisioning has included inactive users in the selection criteria. If not please create ticket with SAP to modify the job selection criteria to include "Inactive users". This way any user who becomes inactive in Bizx will be sent to LMS. LMS connector will mark these users as inactive in LMS user records. Also you mentioned that user is inactive in LMS, please check and confirm. Check report filter as well to see if you are including inactive users while running the report.
