The user details for an employee are missing in LMS (Learning Mngt System in Successfactors) - First Name, Last name, Employee type , etc. This user is in Employee Central and is active. The user is in LMS but the only identifier on his user profile is his user ID. Courses can still be assigned to the user but they are assigned to a blank user profile. The user connector run details show an Exception of "Entity Invalid" for the employees user ID. The message says "Invalid email address" but that has been corrected today. The User connector is set to run daily so it has not run for today's date. How can I populate the missing user details into the users profile in LMS?
The option to manually enter that information is grayed out
Missing info: First name, last name, org, (all personal, Org and employment details)

Hi Ivy, I hope you are doing well.
I don't now if this will reach you in time, I hope that yes... 🙂
As advised in the People Tab, is not allowed edit the Employee Fields >> Certain fields on the page are read-only because they contain HR data and should be maintained in your core HR system of record. If you wish to make updates to these fields, please do so in the SuccessFactors core HXM application. As an alternative, you can use the Learning data import tool to make these updates.
As you can see to insert information in the fields you can use the feature Import Data, download the template, fill out and import to adjust them. In the template you can find the required information needed to correct employee information. A little trick here is: When you import the archive choice the option Update in the Import Option.
Before to execute this, I suggest you to execute a verification in your HR System to find the reason why this User specifically don't have the email information, maybe try to check the validate rules in Employee Profile.
Here you can find more information about the User Restrict Fields >> SAP SuccessFactors Learning User Details Fields - SAP Help Portal
I hope this help you.
Best Regards,
Daniel Romanin
