I have below issue with one of my clients.
One of the User did not receive email notification for job requisition approval.
User was on the approval chain for one of the Job Requisition Created and did not receive an email to approve the requisition.
I have enabled Admin Center > E-Mail Notification Templates > Document Routing Notification and Specified the Different Template for Each Form under Job Requisition.
Verified the Job Requisition Route map who are involved the approval chain and also the Manage Recruiting groups.
Please let me know any configuration is missing in the system in order to receive the email notifications.

Is there a chance that the intended recipient was not yet in the associated role or RCM related group/pool when the info/workflow was initiated?
We've seen that happen in our sys before. The easiest fix is to have the Talent Acquisition group or Requisition creator/owner add the intended recipient to the target pool/group at the associated level.
It may not resolve this particular req, or you may be able to reinitiate by changing/resetting the requisition status and resend.
