Hello
User is adding an attachment while recording external learning event. When the user goes to history, they are not able to open the attachment from completed records. It throws an error.
Error Message - The requested operation is not available. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your administrator, referencing ticket #1,075,028
We found the below KBA for this issue but it says the document is no longer available.
