If a manager adds a new user as external user to SFL in the first form you can fill in the address. But where can you see then this address at the user details and where can this address be edited?
The LMS admin can view and edit these fields in the User Details page. Go to People > Users.
If the fields are not visible there, you'll have to go to System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration, choose User entity and check the Display column of the fields.
