Use of SAP logo on website and URL?

I am not a SAP partner but an indepedent consultant. Please confirm if I can use official SAP logo on my website and new website URL?

If you were certified by SAP, then there may be an SAP logo that you are entitled to use, but otherwise, I suggest that you read the document provided by Svea Becker.
