Use Integration Centre to generate Employee Master file for SAP Concur

hi All,

We are implementing and Success Factors along with S4 and Concur. As per one of the requirements we need to check the feasibility if we can generate the standard Concur specific format file with the employee data out of Integration Center in Success Factors. Can someone let us know if this is feasible?

File format requirement. Static Header with line 100 followed by 305, 350 and 700 for each employee if applicable else atleast 305 for each employee

As of now there is a standard integration package you can buy in SAP store:

Do not have experience with this package by now.

Yes there is no standard integration to SAP Concur from SF as of yet. But i believe SAP is working on building something for this. We have decided to use CPI to extract the data from SF and S4 and create the file in the required format for SAP Concur.

Hi Prakash,

Did you investigate further or made a decision regarding using SuccessFactors for generation of this file data.

My understanding is that there is NO standard program available in S4 which can generate these files and the only option is to code custom ABAP or generate from SF directly, including PGP encryption.
