Usage of Addtional Notes token in e-mail notifications

Dear community,

My customer operates in the commodities and food processing industry and they have tons of hirings which are not likely to access SuccessFactors so often before the start date. That's why they want to use e-mail notifications to assure that the onboardee receives critical updates prior to their start date by their hiring managers.

While investigating, I'd like to use the "Additional Note" text area, which is currently used in several tasks for example Where to Go, as a token that can be included in an e-mail notification to the onboardee. I've found that the right token to do that is [[PersonalNote]] which is exclusive for Buddy and Recommended People tasks in Onboarding.

It will be useful for customers to use this standard token for different onboarding tasks because there might be essential information sent by the hiring manager to the onboardees before the start date and if they don't access SuccessFactors and review the information there, they won't be properly notified (like changes/updates about where they need to go during their first day).

Leave your thoughts here if you've faced a similar requirement. I've also noticed that this limitation was raised in this post during 2022 but the solution was given through the home page fix.
