Upload video attachment - Recruiting Email template a

Hi,

I'm trying to upload video (mp4 type) to one of my recruiting email templates and always shown error message that file type not supported although as per Implementation guide that we can upload mp4 type video to recruiting email templates.

Hello,

As I understood, you are trying upload a video as an attachment, right?

What about other formats? Did you try to upload images? Was it successful?

If you are uploading a file to an email template in Manage Recruiting Email Templates, nothing happens, the file does not get uploaded; you should Disable "Document Management Service" in Provisioning > Company Settings.
