UPerform assistance...

Hello Experts,

We are currentely using UPerform to record our Work instructions at a client. The problem is that the client is complaining that the published PDF version of the screenshots are too small to review. Is there anyway, that I can increase the screenshot size of the BPP's that have already been recorded?

Thanks,

Jason.

first, need to know your uPerform version.

for old version of uPerform, previously the suggestion would be

1. remove callouts.

2. make the screen resolution 1024*768.

For new version of uPerform,

if you were copying screen shot by "PrintScreen" button, the reason might be image size of this is different with other copy function within the application.

--> normally switch views or editing the screen before posting into uPerform can be helpful.

Hello Experts,

My question is kind of related. I have recorded a video in ANCILE uPerform of an application for training purposes, and there is one major issue. The moviescreen only covers 1/4 of the pc-monitor, and it is really difficult to follow the video.

Any ideas how to fix this? In other words, make this instruction video to cover the entire screen?

Input will be greatly appreciated!

Best regards

for uperform 5,

edit step -> screen -> copy the picture out and paste it into paint or other image editor.

-> enlarge it and paste it back to uperform
