Using Uperform 4.3 on windows xp 32 bit, when trying to open any webi 3.x source file (.udt, .udc or .ulc), an error message would appear as:
this file cannot be opened because it does not match the schema
Anyone run into similar issues?

Schema problem normally means the file is corrupted.
uPerform document/template created on lower version can be opened by higher version.
It should be auto-upgraded to higher version when being opened.
question is:
Can the document be opened by previous version of uPerform client ?

In my case, I didn't upgrade the version. I'm in the 4.40.0.20 version.
The documents can be opened in the same version of uPerform clients in others computers.
I think that the problem is in this specific computer on my network. However, I re-installed the client and I didn't get success. I think that is something about profile user. I will delete profile from computer and after that, I will comment my results.

Do you have any updates with regards to this? Are you able to solve your issue with schema?
I also have a theory that has something to do with network errors.
We are also having issues with regards to this after we have upgraded the server and the client to 5.0.
Some users on other department can access the server via their authoring tool(client tool) succesfully.
however on some level/department, they cannot. Once they open the file, they will be prompted with an error: "This file cannot be opened because it does not match the scheme/schema".

Local files or network files cannot be opened by Ancile uPerform client.

As far as I know you need first open with a SPP 4.1 version and then go to SPP 4.3 You can't do it directly 3.1 to 4.3

If you have 3.1 Knowledge Accelerator files had to be made on 3.1 uPerform version, If you want to open with uPerform 4.3 you need update it first to an 4.1 version an then you can open with 4.3 version. When i said update it just open udt and udc/ulc with uperform client.
I think that it's your problem, to be sure let's wait for expert response.
