uPerform 4.00 Insert Simulation to Course Error

Hello folks,

I am experiencing an issue when attempting to insert similations to a course.

I've followed the standard steps of:

1. Open Course

2. Insert

3. Browse for a Simulation

4. Browse in folder directory and select the root folder containing the simulation (there are 5 in total)

5. Click OK.

The issue I have is that all simulations preview fine with the exception of the first one - which previews an incorrect simulation. If the sims were numbered 1 - 5, then sim 1 doesn't preview at all - and sim 5 previews twice (when launching the simulation for 1).

Is anyone able to offer some advice?

Thanks for the info - we're upgrading to 4.30 soon so hopefully the bug fixes will attend to the issue.

We've deleted the sims and recreated the links to the course again with no problems. Not sure what the cause was though!

sounds more likely to be a bug. seen this before but can't remember how it was fixxed.

better do this.

1. try this with the Ancile client on the other machine.

2. other client can run without problem, try re-install your client.

2. try with higher version of ancile client if no other client works.
