Updated HRIS Mappings - but HRIS Sync job not updating the users data

Hi all,

Currently using an implementation test tenant, that has over 1200 default users provided by SAP.

I have added some HRIS mappings, so that Custom1, Custom2 should be updated with different data. (e.g. setting placing Standard Weekly Hours into Custom12. See below

However, when I run the HRIS Sync job, the data is not updating for all the users. I would have expected that Custom12 would now be updated with users Standard Hours.

The only way it did eventually sync the mappings was to make a change directly to the user. So I went and changed Standard Hours from 40 to 39. This had a knock on effect, and now for only that user - the custom fields have mapped correctly.

How do I get all users to have their Custom Fields updated?
