Update New Hire Record in SuccessFactors Onboarding through API

Hello All,

We have a requirement to update a custom field in New Hire Record in SuccessFactors Onboarding through API. We are trying to do the update using PostNewHireRecord API, which, as per documentation, is able to create/update a record in Onboarding. However, every time we invoke the API, a new HR Data ID is getting created, and the existing data does not get updated. Can someone suggest the correct format for updating a new hire record using the API above?
