Update job info in Employee central system

Hi Friends,

While updating the job information of an Employee in EC system.
I am getting the below ERROR:

"THE NEW START DATE MUST BE GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO THE FIRST JOB CREATION DATE."

What is meant by First job creation date.. here..

Please help me in this regard.
