'Unexpected Failure' error when publishing back to EC for employees with promotions. Any Ideas?

We are experiencing an 'Unexpected Failure' error when publishing back to EC for employees with promotions. The promotions publishes correctly, but still the error persists. I can't seem to find relatable KBA's. Any ideas?

Had a chat with our Compensation Product Team today and they know about this issue for which a fix was deployed over the past days.

Could you please try again with a newly promoted employee to check if you can replicate ?
