Under Create Question, Response Type "Predefined Scale", The Scale is blank

Hello Experts,

When I try to Create Question, Response Type "Predefined Scale", The Scale is blank.

When I run "Set Up Categories" it is fine

     Category Equal Employment Information already exists

     Category Evaluable Information already exists

When  I run "Update Categories", it gives

     Category was successfully updated: ID         00000001 - Equal Employment Information

     Data was not saved

Need your help to fix this

Hi Mark,

The predefined scales come from view V_T77SK (scales from the qualficiations).

I had the problem where in PHAP_CATALOG transaction there were scales assigned to the Template group that didn't exist anymore (or were not translated). Check it out and also SLG1
