Our client uses contingent workforce management and there is an integration with Active Directory which pull EC termination records from EC and pushes to Active Directors. During this integration process we have identified that some of the contingent employees who are terminated are not getting pushed to AD as we cannot see the present job information details.
But when we click on job history, we are able view the latest record. (Please see the attachment)
We would like to know what is causing this behavior and what could be the possible resolution for this. Any inputs are highly appreciated.
