Unable to turn on Diagnostic Tool permissions

The Diagnostic Tool permissions are not visible for selection in our production environment. I turned them on in test, but production is failing to display the options in RBP.

Hi There,

Please check whether you have done below config:

You have the Administrator  Diagnostic Tool  Diagnostics Tracing Configuration permission.

You have the Administrator  Diagnostic Tool  Workflows Diagnostics Data permission.

You have the Administrator  Diagnostic Tool  Centralized Services Diagnostics Data permission.

You have the Administrator  Admin Center Permissions  Access Diagnostic Tool permission.

In Manage Data, you have set up the Diagnostics Tracing Configuration MDF object in your system.

Thank you! I believe the RBP was just delayed in displaying the permissions after I turned on the Access Diagnostic Tool permission. I was able to add the permissions today w/out issue.
