Hi there,
We are unable to Test our Quality System (C00001209718T1) while Activating the IAS system.
1. We have Initiated the IAS Tenant and then we have created the IPSADMIN Role with mandatory permissions. Then we have maintained the API Exceptions for IPS Admin.
2. Then we have configured the IAS system
3. Then we have configured the IPS system with Source and Target Transformations
4. We can successfully sync the user from BizX to IAS
5. When we try to Activate the IAS in the BizX, system is throwing an error message (find the attached image) as It needs to send us an authentication Code to active and it fails
The error displayed when trying to trigger the SMS token is " We couldn't send you a code. Please check your telephone number and try again."
