I am not able to send the observation content via email to the observer when accessing the observation details through learning. I am trying by Send Email Notification Button
@Bernardita, just to confirm, are you trying to send the notification via the Learning Administration side > Task course > "Actions" menu > "Send Email Notification" option? If so, does an error happen when the "ObserverNotification" email template is selected? What do you mean by "I am not able to send..."?
