Unable to see the Joule entitlement in BTP

Hello,
Unable to see the Joule entitlement in BTP. Not sure what is missing . Where can I purchase the No cost SKU for joule. Please advise

Hey @imkanabbas93,

the Joule Entitlement is provisioned when you signed up for the Joule Embedded SKU. You can get in touch with your SAP Account Executive to get it settled. Make sure to ask him to provide the Joule Embedded Entitlement on the BTP Global Account of choice!
