Unable to remove a complete Program

We had a user in a list that was given completion for a program and the items in it, but they should not have been.

Even if I remove the items in "edit history", I am unable to get rid of the Program.

Is there a way to do this or must I do it via a help ticket?

Hi Brian,

have you tried removing the program completion with the 'Edit Learning History' Tool? You can switch here at 'Type of History Record' from Item to Program and will find the program completions for the users.

Removing only the items will not help in you case.
