unable to modify Infotype IT0712 records using ABAP code

Hi,

Unlike other SAP infotypes, IT0712 has a special screen which is displayed when you open infotype 712 using PA30.

and when you want to modify data i.e. delimit a record and with a new begin date, you have to use SPLIT button alsways.. but this button can't be invoked using HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION or infotype factory class methods except PA30.

BDC is not a good option here as based of number of employments and based on number of delimited records the recording and BDC implementation is not easy.

Please suggest a way to update infotype IT0712.
