Unable to map Requisition ID with Onboarding 2.0

Hi Team,

Good day

We have a requirement where our client wants to map requisition id with a field in onboarding 2.0 step" new hire data Review".

The standard field Requisition ID is not available in "Recruit to Hire Data Mapping" Tool for Onboarding 2.0.

Generally Standard fields should be available with out making them reportable.

I created a custom text field and wrote rules in recruiting to default the custom field to bring the value from the standard field even that is not working.

Any help from you Experts would be appreciated on resolving this issue.

Hi

When you trigger ONB from RCM, two objects will be created Process and Process Trigger. In process trigger you have the job req ID, the application Id ,Offer and Candidate ID. So maybe you can initialize the field with an OnInit rule. In the OnInit rule you can read process and process trigger object. Never tried but maybe it can work.

Hi Prasanth - it is not what I would have expected but I found that we actually have to select from the Application fields on the Recruit to Hire Data Mapping to map the Requisition ID.

Try selecting Application in the first drop-down and then you should see Requisition ID in the second drop-down.
