Unable to login to SAP Credential manager account

Good day.

Hello SAP Team, good day. I am trying to access my Certificates at SAP Credential Manager but it's looks like I am using a wrong SAP ID or it's Locked. Please I need to access this SAP Credential Manager and got my Certificate.

Please, send the instructions and how to reset it. I don't know if it's a Account Activation or Password Reset issue.

S-user id : S0019749088 - expired

S0019209293 - active (access to Professional and PartnerEdge editions)

Hi Abitha,

You can log in into URL " https://training.sap.com/ " and go to the bottom most of the screen where you would find Contact option available. Click on email and write an email to SAP local region team providing your details along with error screen shot to assist.

Team will assist you with the fix over email.
