Unable to launch or play the existing course book or book pages on Manager.

We developed a few courses on SEN, they were working fine, and every team member were able to access them. One fine day, no course was accessible, neither on Manager nor Producer. In both places, different error screens were showing (refer to the screenshots below).We also tried to export these course file from Manager and import them on Producer just to understand to what extent the issue is; and it turned out that courses were not getting imported on Producer.

Hi there,

Please raise a support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR and get support involved in this issue.  It looks like you have an issue with your content structure but it's different to say what is wrong without taking a closer look.
