Can you please provide a little more information about what is happening. I think you are saying that when you insert a link button, like the Demo Mode Link button, onto a book page you are only seeing a red dot. Do you mean that the button has red dots around the outside of it? Perhaps you can attach a picture to this question showing the issue, that will help to clarify what is wrong.
