Request clarification before answering.
I would re download your producer from the manager.
If you go to your Folder named C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CloudWA
I would rename the CloudWA to CloudWA2 and the try to re-download the producer.
If that does not work most likely there is an issue with the PC missing a .dll
I would log a support ticket so we can take a closer look.
