Unable to Initiate Onboarding

HI Experts,

When I try to initiate ONB from RCM, it's getting failed with the message as "We were unable to initiate the onboarding process because the values for the following fields are missing or not mapped: [Start Date - (not mapped), Recruiting Manager - (not mapped), Company - (not mapped)]", I have checked the mapping in Recruit to Hire Mapping and it's available, not sure why this error, any help will be highly appreciated

The error seems to be because you have'nt created any job record for the candidate.

Move the candidate back to offer build up stage and create a offer.

Hi Jaideep,

I have generated a report for the fields that are mapped, and I can find a value available. I have created a candidate's offer and updated all the required information.

Do we need to something on "Onboarding Integration Setup"
