Unable to index using RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES

Hi,

Whenever a new posting is created, I have to manual index the postings using SES_ADMIN. RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES is configured to run every 2 minutes but still the posting are not visible. There are no errors as well as shown in the below snapshots.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

This is probably due to incorrect customizing of the periodical services. Which services have you entered in table T77RCF_PS_SERV? On what version does your TREX run? Before or after 7.10.18.0?
