Unable to import a powerpoint document in SAP Enable Now.

I'm getting an error while importing a Powerpoint document in SAP Enable Now.

1. I have the Learners' role access.

2. The Powerpoint version that I'm using is 2302.

Please refer to the screenshot:

I have tried the User-Defined option under the Slide-Size and clicking the Ok button choosing any option under the Slide-Size is adding an empty book but not the Powerpoint slides.

I need support to understand the reason of this error and how can we fix it?

A bit late for Mitali, but for future reference:

We just had the same issue with another customer. It looked like the width & height values we got from PPT were invalid, but we couldn't identify the root cause. Anyway, the customer stated that some upgrade to Office 365 had made trouble in the past. And indeed, a new installation of the Office suite fixed the issue.

On the first dialog box that pops up - you are selecting an Import Method of Import all slides from PowerPoint file, correct? If you select Import selected slides from PowerPoint file then you need to have the file open and with the slides selected before you start the import.

I just tried both methods and they work for me. PowerPoint version 2309, SAP Enable Now cloud 10.7.1.

Thanks for checking in. Yes, I have tried the Master Author role as well. But issue still persists.
