Unable to get the legacy report bundle expiry notification.

In the legacy report distributor, when creating a bundle, we have specified the date from 1st Jan 2024 to 31 March 2024. However, we didn't receive any expiry notification stating that "the bundle gets expired, kindly extend the duration". Kindly help in this regard. 

Email for execution of the bundle is being received successfully. We require for expiry notification ie on 28th of March we were supposed to get that in 2 days before the bundle expires. And we should be allowed to extend or cancel the bundle.

As far as i can work out, when a bundle has expiried and if the schedule was set up by somebody who is no longer in the organisation, the expiration notice email doesn't seem to go anywhere. This results in bundles expiring without notice.
