Unable to enable WFA

Hi Experts, 

We are unable to access Workforce Analytics page as it gives error message even though all the relevant permissions have been enabled for WFA (Refer screenshot WFA Access Issue). 

SAP support advised us to execute "Process Initial Load (Fact Data & Cube)" from Admin --> WFA on HANA Data Factory --> and Process Initial Load (Fact Data & Cube) but it failed (Refer screenshot Process+Initial+Load+(Fact+Data+&+Cube)+Failed.JPG).

Request you to provide your expert suggestions or inputs to access WFA as we are looking to enable this module in our organization.
