Unable to delete an SEN account

Hi guys,

As an admin, we are unable to delete an account. The account contains only Learners role.

We tried to delete it using Super Admin account but unable to do it.

We are getting the below error.

Any solutions please?

From your post, it isn't clear which SEN this is - on prem or Cloud

Hi Mani,

When you try to delete an account in Enable Now you must specify an account that replaces the deleted account in information such as tracking information.  Did you leave the default system deletion account or did add another account?

Is it mandatory to replace the deleted account? I thought its optional. I tried replacing still facing the same error.
