Unable to complete the conversion of the file to PPT in SAP Enable Now Producer

We are using a version of SAP Enable Now Producer and when we are going to convert the project file to PPT, the system starts the execution and presents the message “Parsing the project”, however, it does not end.

In summary, we were unable to complete the conversion of the file to PPT and the system also does not present any more error or warning messages.

How shall we proceed?

I would also make sure your Template for PPT is not in compatibility mode. I have see some customers try to modify there templates in the adaptable resources and do not realize that the file has not been saved or the system thinks it is still open. Also make sure you have Microsoft office installed correctly.

I know @nkuaryans had the same issue he may be able to provide some hints on how to fix.

Do you have ImageMagick installed? I seem to remember that being a requirement for something to do with PowerPoint import.

Otherwise, try importing one slide of the PowerPoint presentation. If that works, repeat until you find the slide causing the issue. Also check that your page size in PowerPoint isn't something weird. 1280x720 seems to work well.
