Hi experts
Some of our users have reported that they sometimes cannot close a requisition. Investigating this I found that one requisition had only had one application, but the applicant had not released his profile. So status on the NA object is "Locked" and one the ND object "Draft".
1. How do we proceed? I know it is possible to make locked profiles visible in the portal for the recruiters, but we do not want to do that.
Furthermore, if a user tries to close the requisition then after they select the status reason another popup appears. This popup is empty and they cannot close it again.
2. Has anyone experienced this error? I could not find a relevant note.
Kind regards
Aage Kold Jensen

Hi Aage,
Problem when closing requisitions is the assignment of applications/candidacies in an open status and open postings. Once both are not existing or closed, you can also close the requisition.
The popup could be a unified rendering error - please make sure you have the latest note for your SAP_BASIS release in the system.

Nicole

Hi Nicole
Thank you very much.
I am aware that these objects must not have an active status, but how do I proceed, when the candidate has not released his profile and the application is in "Draft". They are not visible in the portal and should not be either.
We are currently implementing ILM to handle data destruction in EREC, but will ILM be able to delete these objects and do you know if the pre-processing program for candidate deletion generate an e-mail to the candidate if his profile is not released?
Kind regards
Aage
Hi Aage,
What surprises me is that you can't delete the requisition then because if the application is in status 0 (draft) the deletion will be okay (CL_HRRCF_REQUISITION_INFO => CHECK_DELETE_ALLOWED).
In ILM if the requisition is closed you can delete it (with application assigned). For the candidate you can set-up the condition for the status you want, so you can include also status "locked".
Regards,
Nicole
