Unable to add fields to Data Capture Form

Hi All,

We are unable to add fields to Data Capture Form however we made all setup steps according to implementation guide "SAP_SF_Recruiting_CRM.pdf".

Data Capture Form is created in Carreer Site Builder and Custom fileds are also created in Configure Object definitions / Candidate Profile Extension. However it is not possible to add fileds to Data Capture Form.

Please see attached screenshots for details. What I see is an empty page when opening Career Site Builder / Global / Data Capture Form / Layout. If I click "+ Add" button, I see a "No data" message.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem and how can it be solved?
