In my offer template, we have the Custattachment configured, but when I look in the UI to try and update the offer, I get a constant error because the fieldID isn't showing and isn't available from the dropdown list.
Any ideas as to why because it's configured correctly, yet having it means we have to rely on partners to make changes because it drops it in Manage templates.
Request clarification before answering.
