Udemy course completion not sent to LMS

We are facing issue with SSO when trying to integrate SF-LMS with Udemy.

Based on the configuration settings provided in Udemy site as shown below, set up is done-

Udemy Business Learning Management System Integration: SuccessFactors – Udemy Business

Following was achieved after SSO in LMS-

1. Udemy content is exported in LMS

2. Udemy content is accessible using SSO

3.Course is getting hosted within Udemy platform and completed

Issue- Completion is not getting sent to LMS

As per Udemy-attribute configured is not correct.

Rather then receiving user ids in Udemy from Successfactors they are receiving as the value for the LMS User ID / BizX user ID simply the text "BizX User ID": PFA SAML configuration setting provided by Udemy.

Same has been added by the SSO integration team, however the issue is not resolved.

Please let me know if any of you have any suggestion for the same.
