Two managers - same job: How to handle co-leadership in SuccessFactors?

Dear all,

I am working in an orgnaization with a lot of part-timers. We get increasingly more Managers who share their roles (e.g. 0.5FTE each). We struggle to find a manageable solution so both can approve workflows for their team or have visibility on the teams employee profiles.

Does anyone have a good idea on how to handle co-leadership in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central  ?
