SAP SUCCESS FACTORS - OFFBOARDING 2.0
I am trying to configure a Business Rule to trigger each Process Variant according to specific Event Reasons. The Processes are two : Voluntary and Involuntary / Due to Death.
Take care that I have multiple Programs triggering differently for multiple Legal Entities.
Sometimes the Rule triggers only the Voluntary while others only the Involuntary and others not even the whole Offboarding Process.
In which way must the rule be created?
Do I lack any kind of configuration, or something is set in the wrong way?
