Hi,
I want to have two actions, one for pa48- with employee status "Inactive" and other for PA40 with employee status "Active"
I maintained function character "1" for both. But how do I set in system that, for PA48, it should trigger action only one action which I required.
Regards
Ravi

Hi Ravi,
You mean as default action? In PA48 the first hiring action in T752F is taken.
Best regards,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
In Table T752F, I can see only default values for Fast entry.
The scenario is, in our company we hire some candidates directly without any recruitment process through PA40. say action AA- Direct Hire ( here employment status= 3 (Active)
And some candidates they hire through e-recruitment process, i.e through PA48, say action AB- Pre-Hire (Here employment status= 1 (Employee with company but inactive).
I have created both these actions in T529A with function character 1: first hire.
Now, my query is, how can I set only one action, say AB- Pre-hire for PA48.
Regards
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
The first hire Action Type listed in table T529A that has a '1' in the "Function Character" field is defaulted in the display list PA48. You can select an action other than the one that is displayed by default by pressing the F4 key or menu dropdown to pick the appropriate action if the one that is defaulted is not the one you want to use. If you want a specific e-recruitment action to default, it has
be configured as the first action in the list (T529A) with a '1' in the Function Character field. Therefore, only one hire action can be defaulted.
Regards.
Nicole
