TRM Ranking field in Recruiter portal doesn't display any values

Hi All,

I have defined a scale for the rankings using the Customizing activity Define Scales for Ranking and Reporting and assigned this scale to the Candidate Classification scale type using the Customizing activity Assign Scales to Scale Types. However when the Recruiter wants to assign a TRM Ranking to the candidates, no drop down values are displayed. There is a None hyperlink only. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Bev,

Have you assigned scale IDs to the different ranking scenarios in V_T77RCF_SCALES? In your case - TRM ranking in the candiate search - it would be 'Candidate Classifcation' sub type.
