Triggering XI from a e-Rec Simple activity

Hi,

We are planning to trigger an XI interface from a simple activity 'Create Offer' in the XI instance. We are not sure how to do this triggering and transfer data onto XI structure. Any help, inputs is greatly appreciated.

Vikram,

There is a concept called periodic services in the Technical settings of IMG.

You need to do configuration for this step.

1. First of all you need to create an ABAP class and methods required to pull the data for those activities related to CREATE OFFER.

2. Perform configuration in the IMG for periodical services.

3. Schedule the periodic services to run every hour/day according to the requirement.

4. For reference you can see some XI publisher classes mentioned in the periodic services of the IMG.
