Dear All,
The case is that of automatically allowing one day's Leave only during the Month in which an Employee's Birthday falls.
We have tried by Accrual and Trigger,but the solution is not forthcoming.
I can also understand this would need a Job Alert creation with Date and Month of Birth as the focus , but not sure where and how exactly to configure because Month of Birth is not coming inside the MDF catch.
Any advice/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Request clarification before answering.
Is there really a need for a balance? I mean you could just have a time type with a take rule (that checks if someone is having a birthday in the month based on the month of the date of birth during the leave request for that time type and if not error). You can even add a check in that take rule to see if time has already been taken and if it is exactly 1 day to request (which I think then fits all requirements).
