Trigger Workflow upon Deleting Resignation Details from Job Information

We are considering a new requirement where HR admins should have the ability to cancel an approved resignation before the employee's Last Working Day (LWD). As part of this process, we need a workflow to be triggered upon deleting resignation details from Job Information.

Current Scenario:

• Resignation details are initiated and recorded in Job Information.
• We need to ensure that when HR admins delete the resignation transaction, a workflow is triggered.

Challenge:

• Currently, in SuccessFactors, there is no functionality to set up a workflow for actions performed while deleting a transaction from Job Information.

Example:

• If a resignation is recorded for an employee and HR Admin decides to delete this resignation transaction, the workflow should be triggered to handle this action accordingly.

Could you please check the feasibility of implementing this workflow trigger or suggest alternative solutions?
